Booth Guidelines


  1. Food and drink may be passed out with permission only. Email pastorclark@gpsdachurch.com to discuss options. (Smoothie booth and Raw Vegetable booth are ok and set to go.)
  2. All materials to be passed out must be approved by Ministry Fest committee members. Please submit them to charles.burkeen@oc.npuc.org or call 503-850-3559. Any materials that you need printed, you may request through the same contact info.
  3. Booths are 10' x 10' in size. All parts of your display must be contained with your designated area. If you need a larger booth area, let me know. pastorclark@gpsdachurch.com
  4. Electricity will consist of one extension cord into your space. Not all spaces will have access to electricity, so please email your request for electricity and for a table if you need one.
  5. The Grants Pass School will be open for set-up from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, April 8. Teardown will take place on Saturday, April 9, after 9:00 PM.
  6. Each booth must have an attendant present during the hours of 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
  7. Live plants are allowed, but they must be "sealed" on the bottom so no water or dirt can get into the carpet.
  8. Candles are not allowed in the school.
  9. Live animals are not allowed within the facility. (Unless it is a registered service animal.)
  10. Free wifi will be available (gpSdaSdaschoolis#1) No spaces, all lower case letters, except the "S" in gpSda, and the "S" in Sda.
  11. Music or audio equipment may be used within your space if it is kept at a very low volume, so as not to disrupt your neighbors.
  12. Please be sure that your area is left clean when you are finished. Three vacuum cleaners will be available. If your display will provide handouts or food that could create garbage, you are responsible for providing a garbage can.
